3. User accounts

6. Payment, billing, and refunds

Bounce clear operates on a prepaid credit and subscription model.

• Payment Terms: All payments are due in advance and processed securely through third-party payment partners.
• Pricing: Current pricing is displayed on our website and may change at any time.
• Credits Validity: Credits purchased for email verification remain valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
• Refunds: Transactions are non-refundable since the service involves real-time data validation, except in cases of technical failure directly caused by us.

In the event of billing disputes, please contact inf@bounceclear.com within 14 days of the charge for resolution.

7. Intellectual property rights

All content, design, software, documentation, and branding related to bounce clear are the exclusive property of bounce clear or its licensors. This includes but is not limited to:

• Logos, icons, and trademarks
• Platform source code and algorithms
• Text, graphics, and visuals displayed on the website

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services strictly for lawful business purposes. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

8. Service availability and maintenance

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all users. However, we may occasionally perform system updates, maintenance, or improvements that could result in temporary downtime.

While we aim to provide uninterrupted access, bounce clear is not liable for:

• Downtime caused by external factors such as internet outages or hosting provider issues
• Scheduled maintenance notifications
• Emergency repairs or unforeseen technical failures

We recommend integrating our API with fallback handling logic to ensure business continuity.

9. Third-party integrations

Bounce Clear integrates with CRMs, marketing automation tools, and platforms like Zapier.

You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms of those third-party services. Bounce clear is not liable for data handling or operational issues arising from third-party integrations.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bounce Clear shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity
• Downtime or service interruptions
• Unauthorized access or alterations to your data

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the total amount paid by you during the preceding three (3) months.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

Bounce Clear is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully secure
• All invalid emails will be identified in every case
• The platform will meet your specific performance expectations

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless bounce clear, its affiliates, officers, and employees from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:

Upon termination:

• Access to your account will be disabled
• Remaining credits or subscriptions will be forfeited (non-refundable)
• All uploaded data will be deleted within [30 days]

Bounce clear may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Service.

15. Export control and compliance

You agree to use bounce clear in compliance with all applicable laws, including export control regulations. You must not use or access the Service if you are located in a jurisdiction under U.S. trade embargo or designated as a restricted entity.

16. Force majeure

Bounce clear shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, war, cyberattacks, or internet disruptions.

17. Communication preferences
